The PaddleDrive for Good Challenge is our nationwide, year-round competition to help source used, new, and cash donations for our GearGrants program.
Team Captains (TC) — individuals and organizations — compete to
collect the most donated paddles and grow the PaddleDrive network. Winners are
recognized at an annual online awards ceremony in January.
roles you can play
Coach: Share your skills and passion by teaching new and developing players in communities we serve.
Scout: Assist in recruiting potential grantees.
Event Helper: Help out at local charity events, tournaments, and clinics.
PaddleDriver: Collect used and new paddles for our PaddleDrive for Good program.
Fundraiser: Host an event, share our donation page, and introduce us to potential sponsors and funders.
Social Media Champion: Like and share our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram posts.
Governance: Serve as a Board Director, Advisory Board Member, or non-board Committee Member.
Administrative Aide: Provide behind-the-scenes support.
Intern: Work on projects for school credit or modest stipend.
