Our ImpactGrants offer eligible, vetted applicants three types of grants:
- CoreGrant: up to $2,500 in flexible funding for operations, programs, and administration.
- ChallengeGrant: matching funds up to $2,500 that are disbursed based on reaching a fundraising goal for a program, project or charity pickleball event.
- GearGrant: up to 20 paddles / 60 balls/ 3 portable nets
- GoGreen Grant: up to $1,000 to integrate sustainable practices into your program or charity event. Nonprofits that recycle, reuse, and/or repurpose pickleball gear are also eligible.
Our volunteer Grantmaking Committee prioritizes recreational pickleball programs in under-resourced communities which foster life skills, social and emotional learning, therapeutic/health benefits, and economic benefit/opportunity. Examples include:
- Adaptive & Therapeutic (i.e., Physical, Medical, Developmental, or Cognitive)
- Pickleball “Deserts” (i.e., rural, small town & inner city)
- Youth Programs/Schools
- Specific Populations (i.e., Women & Girls and Racial/Ethnic Minorities)
- Juvenile Justice Centers & Prisons for Adults
- Academic Pickleball Research
